Overview

This 33,900 SF, mixed use building is located at the corner of 152nd Street and St Nicholas Avenue in West Harlem. The formerly vacant site was purchased from the storied Dance Theater of Harlem for whom an approximately 800 SF community facility was built as part of the 39-unit, mixed use, residential property. Units are available to residents at the 50% and 60% of AMI level. Construction of this Enterprise Green Communities Certified development was complete in 2019.
