The Garvey

Overview

The Garvey, located on Fulton Street between Albany and Troy Avenues in the Bedford Stuyvesant neighborhood, is a 78 unit rental building with 2,000 square feet of commercial space and 18 on-grade parking spaces.  The Garvey, which is LEED certified, offers the advantage of affordable urban living along with sustainable “green” technology.  From recycled products to water conservation, The Garvey creates a standard for what affordable green living can be.  BRP completed The Garvey under NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development’s Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) Program.  The Garvey opened for occupancy in 2011.
