Zachary Schwanbeck
Zach Schwanbeck is a Director at BRP Companies, where he has overseen various residential and mixed use development projects since July 2020, including the financing and construction of over 900 market-rate and affordable apartments. Previously Zach managed the development of commercial, residential and educational facilities at AB Capstone, where he took a 130,000 SF educational/community facility, located in a South Bronx opportunity zone, from site acquisition through groundbreaking. His experience additionally includes managing public/private real estate transactions as a consultant at U3 Advisors, including the redevelopment of 850 units of Cornell graduate student housing, and at the New York City Economic Development Corporation, resulting in several mixed-use and commercial developments in Harlem. Zach’s experience also includes estimating, developing construction documents, and construction administration for 400+ flooded units in post-Katrina New Orleans.
