Overview

Located in Central Harlem, the development contains mixed-income residential units, retail and community facility space as well as below-grade parking. The building received LEED Silver certification for its cutting-edge environmental design. “Green elements” on-site include cogeneration plant, water saving plumbing systems, energy-efficient boiler and equipment. Construction was complete in 2016.
